The Boxing Bishop

The Bishop said it was his first time on a punch bag, a claim hard to deny!

The visit was part of the bishop’s pilgrimage to visit every church and parish in The Manchester Diocese. His pilgrimage symbol is the baton from the Manchester Commonwealth Games. He called at the club while visiting St Clements Church in Ordsall.
