Rising Football Star comes back to the club

18 year old Kallum Higginbottom, now playing professional football in Rochdale’s first team (and scoring goals), was back in the club tonight for a game of 5 a side with his mates. Kallam was a member of our under-16 five a side team that won the Greater Manchester Federation CYP Cup 3 years ago. The team went on to the semi final stage of the Northern Competition. SLC tiddlywinks champion from Zebra Street

David Sheldon a member of the club during the late 1960s and early 1970s returned to the club today to mark his 50th birthday. David’s membership record shows he attended the club camp between 1968 and 1975 and that he was born on Zebra Street. He was also the club Tiddlywinks champion for 3 years running.
