Stephen Wright photo shoot to find the new smiths fans.

On Saturday 3rd March, iconic Smiths photographer Stephen Wright will be here for a special photo shoot for Smiths and Morrissey fans. The new pictures will be going towards an exhibition at the Holden Gallery in Manchester, alongside Stephens original smiths pictures from 1985 So if you have the confidence and the style, Morrissey-esque quiffs, tattoos - please come along between 2pm and 5pm.

New T shirt from Topman

We have a new T shirt available, courtesy of Topman, who have helped our fundraising campaign by designing and printing it for us. We are also grateful to 3 smiths fans from Leicestershire who called by last week and agreed to model the new shirt. Its in black with a picture of the famous sign and includes the club motto “ To Brighten Young Lives and Make Good Citizens” The T shirts cost £10 with all proceeds going to the club.  Order yours now!

Strictly table tennis?

A picture from the newly restored senior games room at the club. The sport usually taking place here is table tennis, but this week Liverpool based Smiths tribute band,The Smiths Indeed launched their 25th anniversary “Meat is Murder” tour “ The event was filmed for the BBC North West Tonight programme.
