To mark Youth Day 2024 we’re going to #makenoise and offer young people in Salford the chance to step into the spotlight!
We’re calling all young performers to audition for our exciting Youth Talent Show taking place in our historic building on Wednesday 14 August.
Whether it’s singing, dancing, music, comedy, sports skills or a unique act that will wow the crowd, we want to see it! This is the perfect chance to to showcase amazing skills in front of our guest judges and win amazing prizes!
The show itself will be be an electrifying event hosted by our own Salford ‘Laughter Lads’ Blaine and Matt!
Get involved… auditions take place:
Dates: Monday 22nd July, 7pm to 8pm and Monday 29th July, 7pm to 8pm
Location: Salford Lads Club, Coronation Street, Salford, M5 3SA
Young talent aged 8 to 18 are welcome to audition. We want to see some special and skilled performances to dazzle the crowd on the day! Those wanting to take part can simply show up on one of our audition dates with a smile and their A-game!

About Youth Day 2024:
Youth Day aims to include all young people, youth centres, and local groups that work with young people, delivering events during the week beginning Monday 12 August 2024. This year’s theme is ‘Make a Noise’ – a call to celebrate loudly and continue to listen to the young people of Salford – and we hope our talent show does exactly that!
