Morrissey’s birthday events at Salford Lads’ Club got under way at 7am this morning with BBC Radio Manchester live outside the front door. It’s continued all day with fans from Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, USA ,Canada, Ireland and all parts of the UK.  The weather was wet, wet, wet with the odd spot of sun, as the pictures show.
